Project was completed in first quarter of 2003.
The project consists of two buildings on a five acre campus with possible future expansion on an adjacent 8 acres. The project is currently planned to be built in three phases totaling 61,880 square feet of office and industrial space for a local poly urethane parts manufacturer. The project includes space for research and design of new products for new markets. Dyco produces the "World's Largest line" of Heavy Duty polyurethane truck mounts and they are the World's only manufacturer of the new state of the art, light weight/Hi-Tech Composite Bushings.
